Gala & Grand Auction
Welcome to all new and existing committee members. We greatly thank you for accepting the invitation to be on your particular committee(s). Thank you to all Gala helpers for sharing your time, talents, and treasures that are essential for a successful Gala. We are well into the planning of the 29th Gala Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Msgr. Cyril J. Werner Activity Center.
NEW & EXISTING MEMBERS
Please take note of your committee responsibilities. You should have received a copy of your committee letter(s) in the mail. If for some reason you cannot be on a Gala Committee, please call the Development Office at (402) 254-3912 as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you by January 15, 2024, we will plan on you being on the committee(s) as listed.
To make sure no steps are missed, it is necessary to attend any meetings and keep the deadlines so office work can be completed. Please note that Auction items need to be confirmed and acquisition sheets turned in to Alissa by Friday, February 2, 2024.
Please note that sold dinner tickets need to be returned by Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Cost of Gala tickets has only increased once in 28 years and will remain at $35 per ticket for an affordable fun evening. Gala Dinner Tickets after March 5th will be $45 per ticket—no exceptions. Turn in Gala tickets to Kristi at the Development Office.
